Horses are wonderful teachers & guides, and they have an amazing ability to always be present. In these non-riding groups, you (or your loved one) will gain and practice useful skills & special techniques that help reduce anxiety. Through mindfulness exercises done with the horses, you will learn how to better manage stress and maintain a healthy frame of mind, even after leaving the farm.

You will leave a PEACE experience feeling relaxed & renewed, taking new skills with you so you’ll be able to achieve a sense of peace and calm later!

“Project Horse is a beautiful place for peace.” — Fran Johnson, Guidance Counselor, retired from Loudoun County Public Schools
