SOWW Visit Request Form

for Group Visits from Warrior Retreat/SOWW

to Project Horse/Warrior Herd program

This secure form has been created for the exclusive use of SOWW, to request group/family visits to Project Horse Empowerment Center.

The form is intended to clarify and expedite SOWW requests, ensuring Project Horse staff members have all of the information needed in order to check our program schedule and staff availability. Ideally, visit requests will be submitted by SOWW Guest Services Coordinators at least 2 weeks in advance of any requested visit dates.

Please complete the form below in its entirety, then click the SUBMIT button. You should immediately receive a message confirming your form was transmitted successfully to Project Horse*. Expect to receive a reply from us within 1-3 business days.
